Project Leader:
Sister Cécile Rodomany
Aranta, in the Diocese of Mahajanga, is a fishing village in Madagascar and is the poorest part of the area. We, Sisters of St. John the Baptist have the opportunity to serve the children of this place, the children of fishermen, through teaching and education in primary school. With this we also offer lunch to these children so as to not leave them hungry. Each student relies on a daily, balanced, nutritious meal as most will not find food to eat at home. We take the liberty of asking for your generosity to help us buy staples, such as rice and milk for our students. We entrust the help of God to accompany us in this beautiful mission.
