Project Leader:
Reverend Bonifasio Senteza
The lockdown in Uganda due to the Covid – 19 pandemic is now 45 days and counting. This is an unprecedented time for the world and families in Luweero are faced with the harsh reality of hunger. Father Boniface is the director of the Pope John Paul II Pastoral Center. For the past month, the center has supplied food to 891 families. He and the staff want to continue to help and offer support. It is increasingly challenging because businesses are closed, and consumer good production is at a standstill. Vulnerable families look to the center for help! The people seek God and find comfort in their faith, but they also need nourishment. Please consider helping! A gift of $25 helps secure maize and milk.
