Project Leader:
Reverend Zambo Pierre
“Hail holy Queen, Mother of mercy, our life, our sweetness, and our hope!…” Our Lady of Perpetual Help Parish in Mvie-Bekono, Cameroon, has begun construction of a Marian Shrine to further develop the devotion of its parishioners, and become a pilgrimage site for the region. “To thee do we send up our sighs, mourning and weeping. Turn, then, most gracious advocate, thine eyes of mercy toward us…” Fr. Pierre is raising money to complete the shrine because Mary represents such a powerful example of what it means to be human, and what it means to be a follower of Christ. “Show unto us the blessed fruit of thy womb, Jesus. O clement, O loving, O sweet Virgin Mary.” Give $20 to help complete this new spiritual center in Cameroon.
